ways to eliminate stress emotionally and physically is

declutter that is mainly why we stress ourselves when we come home

sort out paperwork that needs sorting out such as bills, questionnaires, emptying email messages, and so on

then once you have resolved the issue try not to think about it instead write it down (keeping a dairy is fanastic) and / or to refer at a later date

There is no miracle, you should first do simple works you can like good hygiene,sound sleep,healthy diet. Then try to avoid polluted and crowded areas. Have some rest with nature,or reading useful books.Discipline is also very important to observe. Try valerian tea instead of coffee. And if you are lucky to have a real friend, you can speak about your stressses with him/her.
And last but certainly not least, do not be greedy to keep physical and mental health at good level.

Engaging in enjoyable activities is a good stress reducer.

Meditation and guided imagery also work for me.
