eliminate stress

im doing soo many activites and im so overwhelmed. iv got school, voice lessons, dance lessons, a major girl scouts project, choir and babysitting. im soo stressed. what can i do? i really cant eliminate any activities tho. any meditation techniques?

I like to think of the worst thing that could happen to me. Then realize it’s not happening to me……and somehow I calm myself down.

For instance…I’m making a public presentation. I think of throwing up on the podium and pissing the room off, then I realize it won’t happen…..and I fire away.

A.) do not do drugs it will screw ou up more
B.) take a little bit of relax time
C.) at least give your slef one hour a day for just you!
D.) choir and voice lessons are alike maybe you can eliminate one? if not its ot to much of a problem
E.) don’t let things you don’t NEED to do interfer with your you time
F.) you need to sit somewhere quiet close your eyes and take a deep breathe
another great technique is this:
tighten your toes and loosen them
do the same with your feet, your legs, fingers, hands, arms, etc
it helps me alot
you could get some yoga books from your local library (since you don’t have time for lessons)
i did yoga i was always very calm afterwards
also, if you picture yourself walking somewhere quiet and peaceful and you have your eyes closed picturing you walking down the beach picturing the sand etc it is so calming!
